Application Guidelines

To complete the application process, please follow these four simple steps:

  1. Learn more about the MS in Student Affairs & Higher Education (SAHE) or PhD in Higher Education Leadership (HEL) to determine whether one of our programs is the right fit for your professional and academic interests.
  2. Submit a Graduate School Application to the MS SAHE or PhD HEL program along with the required supplementary materials.
  3. If you are interested in being considered for a GSA with the Division of Student Affairs, Visit the Division of Student Affairs Graduate Assistantship website to review available GA job descriptions and submit a GA Application (priority consideration for GA applications received by February 1.

Applications submitted after February 1 may be considered, pending GA vacancy and space available in the cohort at the time of the application. The GA application will also offer you an opportunity to register for either the on-site or virtual SAHE GA Insight Days event.

  1. Join us in-person for the Student Affairs GA Insight Days event in Spring to meet our community, learn more about the program, and interview for Division of Student Affairs Graduate Service Assistantships (GSA).
